It was very colorful and cozy
Outside it looked old & rustic, but inside was a whole different matter. It was clean, furniture simple, & had amenities like a small refrigerator, microwave, & a one cup coffee maker. Not to mention satellite TV with a lot more channel selections.

There was nothing to like about it, it was creepy,, very scary,felt uncomfortable, the second I walked in I walked right back out, without a refund,, but it was so disgusting I didn't allow my son to touch anything. IT WAS HORRIFIC!!! REMODELING WOULD DO GREAT JUSTICE!!! YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO STAY THERE THATS FOR SURE!

This is an iconic historic setting. An older building but the staff is exceptional. Stayed there as a kid. The rooms are highly maintained. Furniture is from a different time period but if I wanted same ole same ole I would have stayed at a boring expensive box chain.
The Best Part of this Hotel was the Price and the TV was Nicer than You May Have Expected for this Location.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and gave us recommendations about restaurants and things to do in Roswell. Even though it was situated on the main road it was quiet inside the rooms.

The a/c is amazing and I really appreciate having coffee/microwave/fridge in every room. The location is close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable.
The room was small but very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. I was surprised since it is a very old property. The proprietors are obviously proud of their business. It was as updated as possible! There were even USB ports on either side of the bed! The rate was unbelievable because I was there on the opening night of the annual UFO convention! The other hotels were $200-$300 per night. Great AC & DirectTV. I couldnt get WIFI to work but I may have typed in wrong password because I was very tired when I tried. I will stay here again!

I liked nothing about this property
The price for traveling thru town on my way to somewhere else. Just a bed, good references as to where to enjoy dinner and breakfast that were NOT chains...LOVED the recommendations. SO GOOD I MADE RESERVATIONS TO COME BACK THRU ON MY WAY HOME. BOTH ROOMS looked newly refinished... 2nd room ALMOST handicapped. had to step up less than 5 inches into shower and only one shower head.
